Shipping & Return Policy
​Thank you for shopping at Glow Energy LED Lights. We are committed to providing you with premium quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Shipping and Return Policy carefully.


​1. Shipping Policy


​Order Processing Time

 

  • ​All prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are processed and dispatched within [1-2] working days.

  • Please note that orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.​

 

​Delivery Time & Shipping Charges

 

  • ​Delivery Time: Generally, orders are delivered to your address within [3 to 7] working days after dispatch. (Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional 2–3 days).

  • Shipping Charges: We offer Free Shipping across India on all orders above ₹[X]. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee of ₹[X] will be applicable.

 

​Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order is dispatched, a tracking link along with the courier partner's details will be sent to you via email and SMS, allowing you to track your parcel live.

 

​2. Return & Replacement Policy


​Since LED lights are fragile and technical products, we offer an easy return and replacement facility in case of transit damage (damaged during delivery) or technical defects.


​Return/Replacement Window

  • ​If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you can raise a return or replacement request within [7 days] of delivery.

 

​Eligibility Criteria for Returns
​To be eligible for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • ​The product must be unused.

  • The product must be in its original packaging (original box) along with the barcode, warranty card, and all included accessories.​

  • The original purchase invoice is mandatory.​

 

​Important Note: We strongly request our customers to record an unboxing video while opening the parcel. If the product is damaged during transit, this video helps us process your claim much faster.


​3. Refund Policy

 

  • ​Inspection Process: Once the product is received back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will inspect it.

  • Refund Approval: If the product meets our return conditions, your refund will be approved.​
     

  • ​Refund Timeline:

  • ​Prepaid Orders: The refund amount will be credited to your original mode of payment (Bank Account/UPI/Credit Card) within 5–7 working days.

  • ​COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, you will need to share your bank details with us. The refund will be transferred within 7 working days after receiving the details.

 

4. Warranty Claim

​

​All Glow Energy LED lights come with a [1-year / 2-year] warranty. If any technical fault occurs within the specified warranty period:

  • ​You can get in touch with our customer support team.

  • Under this warranty, the product will either be repaired or replaced.​

  • (Please note: Physical damage or damage caused by water logging/exposure will not be covered under warranty).​​

 

​5. Order Cancellation

 

  • ​You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.​
